Diversity Staffing Report
REVOLD BLOG publishes this page to provide transparent information about the scale and composition of our editorial operation while protecting individual privacy.
At a Glance
- Small core teamREVOLD BLOG currently operates with a small editorial structure supported by research and technology tools.
- No fabricated statisticsWe do not publish demographic percentages that would be statistically meaningless or identifying at our current size.
- A commitment to grow into thisAggregate reporting begins once the organization is large enough to report it meaningfully.
- Diversity beyond headcountWe also weigh diversity of sources, expertise and perspective, not staffing numbers alone.
Current Staffing Position
As of August 2026, REVOLD BLOG operates with a small core editorial structure supported by research, technology and drafting tools.
Because the current team is small, publishing detailed demographic percentages could reveal or strongly imply personal information about individual contributors, and would provide statistically weak conclusions. For that reason, REVOLD BLOG does not currently publish detailed demographic breakdowns.
Why We Do Not Publish Percentages Yet
Transparency should be meaningful rather than performative. Statistics based on a very small number of people can:
- Be misleading
- Change dramatically when one person joins or leaves
- Create privacy concerns
- Appear more statistically significant than they are
REVOLD BLOG therefore intends to introduce aggregate reporting when the size of the organization makes the information useful and reasonably non-identifying.
What We Intend to Measure
As the editorial organization expands, future reports may include aggregate information about areas such as:
- Gender representation
- Geographic representation
- Professional and educational backgrounds
- Contributor locations
- Editorial and technical roles
- Other appropriate non-identifying workforce indicators
The categories used will be reviewed before publication to ensure they remain lawful, meaningful and respectful of privacy.
Editorial Diversity Is Broader Than Staffing
A diverse publication is not defined solely by employee demographics. REVOLD BLOG also considers diversity in sources, expertise, geography, economic perspectives, industries, professional experience and competing interpretations of complex issues.
The objective is not to create artificial balance between unsupported and evidence-based claims. The objective is to avoid unnecessary blind spots and to consider credible perspectives relevant to the subject.
Reporting Schedule
This page is reviewed periodically as the organization grows. When meaningful aggregate reporting becomes possible, REVOLD BLOG intends to expand this report.
